PVDF Venturi Injectors

Venturi injectors offer an efficient way to thoroughly mix gases in liquids. They create a vacuum, which draws the gas through the injector. The PVDF materials are ozone-resistant. The injectors handle the pressure created by the vacuum.

Choose a venturi size based on the pipe size. It should be about an inch or half-inch smaller so the venturi will create a suction. Use a reducer to connect the venturi injector to the piping.

Note: The 25.4 mm, close in size to the 1″ PVDF Venturi Injector, is made especially for metric assemblies. All other Venturi Injectors sold here will fit into metric equivalents.

Note: The SP-Series Ozone Generators are not built with internal pumps.

We recommend the AirSep brand of Oxygen Generators. The Onyx or Topaz works well with the SP-Series.

The SP-16G has two fans while the SP-3G, SP-5G, and SP-8G have one.

Caution: Be sure the SP-Series Ozone Generator’s screen does not touch fan blade.

A2Z Ozone recommends to keep the ozone generator in a clean and dust-free environment. Keep the unit covered and away from the elements. Make sure to clean and inspect the ozone generator every three months.

When choosing the model for the swimming pool ozone generator, use this chart as a guide. Note, factors such as water and air temperatures, humidity, quality of water, chemical additives, and amount of use the pool gets will effect the amount of ozone you will need.

How To Video, Aquatic Spa Installation (Venturi Displayed)

The fish appreciate it. Sturdy, and produces a lot of bubbles. Aerating a fish pond (20′ x 40′, 5′ deep). Fed by a 1″ water line off the main irrigation system. Venturi & feed line remain underwater, only the vinyl air line above water. Produces a healthy stream of bubbles approx 5′ long. The venturi does not seem to have much affect on water pressure/flow in the rest of the system. Have used it for almost a month, runs a couple hours a day. The water stays clear, algae is reduced, the fish are much more active. A pond this size in direct sunlight should have more than one unit, or longer run times. But 2 hours a day has made a big difference.

Works great. Great venturi injector. I got one a little bigger than I needed but it still works. Mine also came with the adapter for 1/4″ gas tube.

I have the 1/2 inch venturi injector. Great product injects properly. Very fast shipping. Overall good experience. Will order another soon for a different application. Easy to plumb up just add adapters and of course a by pass valve for pressure drop.

Better than beckett or needle wheel. i use it for protein skimmer. i have used beckett and needle wheel. venturi is the best in my opinion. Not much different in power consumption.
