New Units - 1 year parts and service warranty.
New ozone generators include one-year parts and service warranty. Shipping to A2Z Ozone will be paid for by the customer, but return shipping for U.S. customers will be included. International shipping will be paid by the customer both ways.
Refurbished Units - 1 year parts and service warranty.
Shipping to A2Z Ozone will be paid for by the customer, but return shipping for U.S. customers will be included. International shipping will be paid by the customer both ways.
Note: refunds cannot be applied to accessories or parts. No returns are accepted for accessories or parts. If you have a problem with an accessory or part, please call us to troubleshoot.
If you have issues with an ozone generator that is under warranty, please call A2Z Ozone, Inc. at 1+502-499-4977, Option 2 between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm EST Monday through Friday, or email email@example.com. We will troubleshoot with you over the phone or through email.

We will repair the unit and ship it back. In the case that it cannot be repaired, we will send you a new one. For our international customers, troubleshooting is an option that can be very cost effective.
A warranty will be void if the ozone generator is tampered with. If the product has a "Void If Removed" label, those labels must be intact for the warranty.
NOTE: Please remember to provide your email address and phone number when you return your unit. Every effort will be made to contact you at the phone number and email address you provide. However, if you send in your unit for warranty work or repairs and do not respond to our communication attempts, the unit will be sold as refurbished in 60 days. Sometimes the technician or customer service agent will need to communicate with you. Please do your part to keep the lines of communication open.
