The A2Z Ozone Monitor is an ozone tester. It will determine the amount of ozone in milligrams per liter your ozone generator produces. Range: 0-200 mg/L

Simple Directions for Use:

As soon as you plug the A2Z Ozone Monitor / Ozone Analyzer into an electrical outlet, the unit turns on.

The A2Z Ozone Monitor / Ozone Analyzer takes about 120 seconds to completely initialize.
Attach PTFE tubing to the Ozone In port located on the back of the A2Z Ozone Monitor / Ozone Analyzer.
Attach the other end of this tubing to the Ozone Outlet on the ozone generator of your choosing.
To get the most accurate reading, zero out the A2Z Ozone Monitor / Ozone Analyzer with the red Enter/Zero button. 

Find the red Enter/Zero button on the front of the monitor:

1. Run the ozone generator unit through ambient air or oxygen source, depending on what reading you are trying to achieve.
2. While the unit is on, press the red “Enter” button.
3. Press “Enter” again after the unit beeps.
4. Zero the monitor at 1 L/minute flow rate and then start the ozone generator to get accurate readings.

This meter is for reading purposes only.
Actual results are at a 1 liter/minute flow rate.
Use PTFE tubing for best results.

Calculations

mg/L x 1L/min x 60min/hour = mg/hour ozone output

ozone monitor reading at 1 LPM: reading 4.2 mg/L

4.2 mg/L x 1 L/min x 60min/h = 252 mg/h O3 output

We will repair the unit and ship it back. In the case that it cannot be repaired, we will send you a new one. 

We offer an extended 1-year warranty on new units. If purchased, this year will be added to the 1-year warranty provided with each unit.  Shipping will be paid by the customer for extended warranties. 

International shipping will be paid for by the customer both ways.
