Amount of Ozone Required for Clean Pool

Use this calculation to determine the appropriate amount of ozone required to keep your pool sparkling clean. At a pool water temperature of 77 F (25C) half of the ozone is destroyed every 15 minutes. Therefore we need to inject 4 times more ozone in order to maintain the concentration every hour. (Gallons of Water X Optimal Ozone PPM X 4 = Ozone needed per hour).
