We are offer Free Ground Shipping in the Continental United States with orders at $49.99 and over! We typically use USPS and UPS. If the order comes in on a business day, we process the shipment on the same day, even if the order arrives in the afternoon. Shipping times depend on the distance from Louisville, Kentucky and the carrier.

New, FASTER Processing Times!

While we no longer need one business day to process an order, we may need time to prepare your order. For Lab, Industrial, and Commercial units, please allow 1-3 extra business days for prep. For manifolds, allow 3-5 business days for building. For the larger industrial models, a custom build takes about 6-8 weeks. 

NOTE: Manifolds cannot be shipped overnight!

*Orders after 12 PM EDT are as the next day. But, we try to get them out that afternoon, when possible.
(Example: Monday after 12 PM EDT goes to Tuesday order.)

NOTE: Because of the hazards with using air ozone generators, we no longer sell these to our residential customers. You must be an established business customer to purchase any of our A-Series ozone generators. We apologize for any inconvenience. We changed this policy to keep our customers safe. If you need to apply ozone, it is a good idea to contact a home remediation company in your local area. 

Please Note: We do not ship Air Ozone Generators to California. “Does not meet California air cleaner regulation requirements; cannot be shipped to California." There are three Air Ozone Generators on our site. They are the A-Series: A7K, A-3500, and A-7000. Please see our CARB policy for details about California shipments.

We do ship Water Ozone Generators to California.

A2Z Ozone Uses the Following Shipping Companies                                                            

A2Z Ozone ships primarily with UPS, DHL, and USPS with tracking and drop-off. Note, orders over $150 will require a signature.

If you have special shipping requirements, i.e. signature required delivery etc. please contact A2Z Ozone at 502-499-4977, Option 1, so that we can provide an accurate quote for shipping.

Whichever shipment choice you make, A2Z Ozone will provide your email with a link to track your package online. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We take special care ot protect your purchase. The boxes are sized appropriately for shipping.

 

Important information about how A2Z Ozone ships your products:

• It is against our policy to change shipping addresses after an order is placed. If you need to change the address, please call and ask for a cancelation and place a new order with the correct shipping address.

• If your order exceeds the maximum weight supported by the carrier, 60 lbs USPS or 150 LBS FedEx you will need to call us to get a shipping quote. Usually orders over this weight will qualify for discounts and will require additional information to process.

• A2Z Ozone does not alter commercial invoices, this is against international shipping laws.

• All custom fees charged by either the shipping companies or government customs agencies as well as import fees and brokerage fees, are the responsibility of the customer (importer) and not the responsibility of the seller (A2Z Ozone, Inc.)
  
  

• We do not ship via media mail. We do not ship internationally with USPS.

What to do if your package is damaged in transit:

Contact us as soon as you are aware of the damage. Then, for us to make a case with the shipping company, we request that you send pictures of the damage to info@a2zozone.com.  We do request that you contact us within two weeks of the package's arrival. Different carriers have different rules for the claims, but within our system of inventory, we ask for the two weeks. As long as we have the item in stock, we will send you out a new package as soon as we have the pictures.
