New Units - 1 year parts and service warranty.

Note: refunds cannot be applied to accessories or parts. No returns are accepted for accessories or parts. If you have a problem with an accessory or part, please call us to troubleshoot.  

Refurbished Units / Parts / Accessories - 90 days parts and service warranty.

If you have issues with a product that is under warranty, please call A2Z Ozone, Inc. at 1+502-499-4977 between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm EST Monday through Friday, or email service@a2zozone.com. We will troubleshoot with you over the phone or through email. If you are in the USA and we cannot resolve the issue over the phone, you can send the unit back to us at:

We will repair the unit and ship it back. In the case that it cannot be repaired, we will send you a new one. If you live outside of the USA and need warranty repairs, you will need to ship the unit in and pay for return shipping as well. Troubleshooting is an option that can be very cost effective.
We offer an extended 1-year warranty on new units. If purchased, this year will be added to the 1-year warranty provided with each unit.  Shipping will be paid by the customer for extended warranties.

NOTE: Please remember to provide your email address and phone number when you return your unit. Every effort will be made to contact you at the phone number and email address you provide. However, if you send in your unit for warranty work or repairs and do not respond to our communication attempts, the unit will be sold as refurbished in 60 days. Sometimes the technician or customer service agent will need to communicate with you. Please do your part to keep the lines of communication open.
