A2Z Ozone uses an AirSep Oxygen Generating System.  Because air contains 21% oxygen, 78% nitrogen, 0.9% argon, and 0.1% other gases, this system separates oxygen from compressed air through a unique pressure swing absorption process. The PSA process uses a molecular sieve (a synthetic zeolite), which attracts (absorbs) nitrogen from the air at high pressure and releases (desorbs) it at low pressure.

PLEASE NOTE: The 220V AirSep Oxygen Generators are only available with a purchase of an Industrial (S-Series), Commercial (Z-Series), or Lab Unit (LAB Series).

AirSep Oxygen Generators use two vessels filled with a molecular sieve as absorbers. As compressed feed air flows through one of the vessels, the molecular sieve absorbs nitrogen. The remaining oxygen passes through the vessel and exits as the product gas. Before the absorber becomes saturated with nitrogen, the feed air is diverted to the second vessel. At that point, the sieve in the first vessel regenerates by desorbing the nitrogen through depressurization and purging it with oxygen from the second vessel. This process is then repeated in the second vessel to complete a cycle that allows the oxygen generator to deliver a constant flow of product oxygen at 90% minimum purity. Under normal operating conditions, the molecular sieve is completely regenerative and will last indefinitely.

For all returned units within 30 days, there is a 10% restocking fee and shipping is paid both to and from A2Z Ozone, Inc. by the customer. In the case of warranty work, shipping from the customer will be paid for by the customer, and return U.S. shipping from A2Z Ozone will be paid by A2Z Ozone. International shipping will be paid for by the customer both ways.

In Case of Accidental Leakage of Ozone, Keep the Ozone Generator in a Well-Ventilated Area.
