We get a lot of questions about the random stone that emits ozone. When do you need to use them? Which one do I need? How do I store them when they're not in use? Good thing you have us to clear it all up.
Diffuser Stones are meant to distribute ozone in Water , not air. They are made of glass quartz crystallized together into their numerous shapes.
- Gray 2’ round diffuser stone
- White 2’ round diffuser stone
- Gray 1” / 2” oblong diffuser stone
- White 1” 2” oblong diffuser stone.
To use the stone, review the cautions of how deep the stones can go in water in your ozone manual. Connect to the tubing using the inlet on the stone, and then attach the other end of the tube to the machine. The stones can't handle certain water pressure because specific machines have pumps for certain amounts of water.
The porous consistency of the quartz makes for a perfect diffuser of ozone, the smaller bubbles have a larger area to decontaminate making for a more effective use of ozone.
After using your stone, let it air dry to remove any water particles in the stone, after, we recommend putting the stone in a Zip-Lock bag for storage
