Is There a Better Way?

Industrial ozone generators can be a needed addition to your produce washing line. Ozone has been approved by the FDA and USDA since 2001.

Ozone is 3,000 times for powerful than chlorine. The addition of ozone to food processing of agricultural products can aid in the fight against:

  • E. coli
  • Salmonella
  • Listeria
  • Mold
  • Bacteria
  • Viruses

All without the need for additional pesticides. Best of all, ozone dissipates and converts back to oxygen after around 30 minutes. Because of this, there are no additional chemical storage fees and no harmful residues are left behind.
