Aqua-6 Ozone Generator Troubleshooting Chart

Aqua-6 Technical Walkthroughs

A2Z Ozone understands that even in ideal conditions, a defect may occur in one of our products. View the chart below for details on how to fix an issue with the Aqua-6 Multi-Purpose Ozone Generator. Contact us directly for repair work if an issue with your unit isn't resolved by the chart below.

Problem

Possible Cause

What to Do

No Power

Check Fuse

Open up the unit and check to see if the fuse is fully seated. The fuse is located on the main control board.

Check Wiring

Sometimes cords can vibrate loose in shipping or by the air pump. Make sure all wires look connected.

No Ozone

Bad air pump

You will still hear the high voltage pitch but no air will be flowing through the unit. Order a new air pump in the unit’s correct voltage.

Bad high-low transformer

If your transformer goes bad then you won’t have air pressure or ozone production. Only the control panel will be working. Contact us for a replacement part.

Do not open your unit if it is still under warranty unless directed by the Head Technician as this will void the unit's warranty.

If you are experiencing an issue with your unit that is not listed here, email our Head Technician at service@a2zozone.com or give our office a call at 502-499-4977.

If your unit is within warranty, fill out the Warranty Work form to begin the repair process for your unit.
